Fees

Empathizing with the pain and struggle that many parents/guardians are undergoing in paying the school fees during the Lockdown period, the Management of Montfort School has decided to waive off the fees, only tuition fees are being charged from students.

• The Fees should be deposited between 1st to 15th of each month without fine. A fine of Rs. 50/- per Month will be charged for fee defaulter.
• Payments should be made by Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft (on Bank) or Online Payment only.
• Once the fee is paid, there will be no refund except caution deposit.
• No report card or certificate will be issued unless all dues are cleared.
• T.C. will be issued only after seven days from the date of receiving the application from parents.
• Parents are requested to keep the receipts issued by the school and produce them when required.
• Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated under the category of non-payment of fee. In such cases the fee will be accepted in cash with fine at the school counter.
• Tuition fees up to March is to be deposited compulsorily by December for standard X and XII to get no dues clearance.
• If all the fees is not cleared by the due date, the child will not be allowed to appear in any of the examination i.e.Unit Tests, Periodic Tests, Half Yearly Examination, Yearly Examination and Pre- Board Examination.
