Ashalaya

Auxilium Ashalaya is a boarding for school going children by the Salesian Sisters of the North East India, Guwahati Province. It was started in the year 2006. Its main objective is to is to provide care and education to poor girl children in and around Guwahati. At present there are sixty children. The sister-in-charge of Auxilium Ashalaya is Sr. Mary Alexender and the warden is Sr. Emerencia Toppo. The children are lovingly taken care of and maximum importance is given to education to enable them to have a bright future so that they can contribute to the growth and development of the society.
